What You’ll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair customer vehiclesÂ
- Perform routine maintenance and standard service repairsÂ
- Use diagnostic tools and shop equipment to identify issuesÂ
- Complete repair orders and document findings accuratelyÂ
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness during serviceÂ
- Follow manufacturer and dealership repair standardsÂ
- Support shop efficiency through teamwork and organizationÂ
- Stay current with ongoing training and certificationsÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive mechanic experience or recent tech school graduateÂ
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnÂ
- High school diploma or GEDÂ
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethicÂ
- Commitment to delivering quality work and customer satisfactionÂ
- Valid driver’s licenseÂ
Preferred Qualifications
- Dealership experience (a plus, not required)Â
- Some post-secondary automotive trainingÂ
- Desire to grow into a high-performing, certified technicianÂ
